Description
The Raymarine YachtSense Remote Module extends the reach of a YachtSense Digital Control System, letting you place switching and monitoring capability exactly where it is needed on board. Each Remote module adds eight digital or analogue signal channels and connects back to the Master module across the vessel's SeaTalkng network.
Those eight channels can control and monitor a wide range of hardware, from switches, relays and actuators to resistive sensors, pressure sensors and secondary batteries, all presented on the digital switching pages of a connected Axiom or Axiom 2 chartplotter. Like the Master module, the Remote module carries a 1.8 inch colour LCD with button controls for manual override, channel status and diagnostics, and ships with a YachtSense Power supply module. Each Remote assembly can host up to six further input and output modules, helping a single system scale to as many as 400 channels.
