Description
The Simrad IS42 is a multi-purpose marine instrument with a full-colour 4.1-inch display and modern glass-helm styling. It shows wind, speed, depth, engine data, AIS information, autopilot status and much more across a series of customisable data pages, automatically presenting the most relevant information from your NMEA 2000 network.
The IS42 integrates seamlessly with Simrad multifunction displays and glass-helm systems, and can also work as a standalone instrument display and autopilot controller aboard smaller vessels. Adding the optional OP12 keypad gives you full physical control of a connected Simrad autopilot system, making it a flexible choice for both sail and power boats.
Compact and rugged, the IS42 is waterproof to IPX7 and bonded for a clear, condensation-free view in any conditions. It connects to a single NMEA 2000 backbone with a network load of 4 LEN and mounts easily at the helm.
