Description

This pack includes the display together with the HV-100 HyperVision transom mount transducer and a Navionics Silver chart, giving you everything in one box.

The Raymarine Element 7 HV packs HyperVision sonar into a compact 7 inch chartplotter fishfinder. Super-high 1.2 MHz CHIRP frequencies sharpen RealVision 3D, SideVision and DownVision imagery to picture-like levels, picking out individual fish, weed beds and structure, while standard 350 kHz modes and 200 kHz conical high CHIRP cover deeper water down to 274 m.

The LightHouse Sport operating system is built for fishing, with three Quicklaunch buttons, RealBathy live bathymetry recording and support for LightHouse NC2 charts with Fishing Hot Spots, Navionics and C-MAP cartography. A built-in GPS / GLONASS / BeiDou receiver handles positioning.

HV-100 and HV-300 series HyperVision transducers connect directly; CPT-S, DownVision and Dragonfly transducers connect via adaptor cables. Quantum radar pairs over Wi-Fi, and an Evolution autopilot can be driven over SeaTalkng. Element displays run standalone and do not network with Axiom MFDs.

What is the difference between Element HV and Element S?
Element HV has a built-in HyperVision sonar module offering RealVision 3D, SideVision and DownVision channels at super-high 1.2 MHz resolution plus 350 kHz standard modes and 200 kHz conical high CHIRP. Element S has a built-in conical high CHIRP (200 kHz) sonar module only, designed for direct connection to CPT-S transducers.
Which transducers work with an Element display?
Element HV connects directly to HyperVision HV-100 and HV-300 series transducers, and to CPT-S, DownVision and Dragonfly transducers via the A80559 or A80558 adaptor cables. MinnKota and MotorGuide embedded transducers connect via the A80560 and A80606 adaptors with the 200 kHz channel available. Element S connects directly to CPT-S high CHIRP transducers.
Can I network an Element display with an Axiom or other Raymarine MFD?
No. Element displays cannot be connected to the same SeaTalkng backbone as a multifunction display such as an Axiom, and they have no RayNet connection, so they cannot be networked with an MFD in any way. Waypoints can however be shared between networked Element displays.
Does Element support radar?
Yes. Element pairs wirelessly with a Quantum series radar scanner over Wi-Fi. Quantum scanners running v2.52 software or later require the Element display to be running LightHouse Sport v3.19.17 or later.
Which charts can I use with an Element display?
Element supports Raymarine LightHouse NC2 charts with Fishing Hot Spots, plus Navionics and C-MAP cartography, loaded via the MicroSDXC card slot.
Can an Element display control an autopilot?
An Element display can send navigation data to a compatible Evolution autopilot system on the same SeaTalkng / NMEA 2000 network. A dedicated autopilot controller, such as a p70s or p70Rs, is required to operate the autopilot.
