Description
The NSS16 evo3S is the flagship 16-inch model in Simrad's premium hybrid-touch range, with a Full HD SolarMAX HD IPS display that delivers crisp charts, sonar and radar even in bright sunlight and through polarised sunglasses. The iMX 8 processor keeps the interface fast, and the touchscreen works alongside an optional keypad and rotary dial for precise control offshore.
A built-in 1 kW CHIRP echosounder and two XSonic transducer ports support conventional 50/200 kHz, HDI, TotalScan and ForwardScan sonar. Built-in GNSS, Wi-Fi, Bluetooth, Ethernet and NMEA 2000 let the large display drive a complete glass-bridge installation, showing engine, fuel and digital-switching data alongside navigation.
Expand the system with HALO dome and open-array radar, S5100 and StructureScan 3D sonar modules, and a fully integrated Simrad autopilot. The display can be mirrored wirelessly to a phone or tablet via the Simrad app for access to charts, sonar and vessel data from anywhere on board.
