Description

The Raymarine Axiom 2 Pro 12 S (E70655) brings chartplotter, sonar, radar, autopilot and video together in one fast, all-in-one 12.1″ multifunction display. A six-core processor and the intuitive LightHouse operating system keep charts and sonar smooth and responsive, while HybridTouch™ gives you the best of both worlds: full touchscreen control, plus a proper keypad for when the sea gets lively.

Built-in High CHIRP conical sonar (for CPT-S transducers) delivers reliable depth soundings and clear underwater detail, and the IPS display with HydroTough™ nano-coating stays bright, sunlight-readable and usable in the wet. Sailors get polars, dynamic laylines and race-start tools as standard.

Use it as a standalone GPS chartplotter, or grow a complete system over RayNet Ethernet and NMEA 2000, adding radar, Evolution autopilot, cameras and audio as your boat demands. Supplied with pre-loaded LightHouse North America charts. Full technical details are under Specifications.

Which transducers does the Axiom 2 Pro S work with?
S variants have a built-in 100 W conical High CHIRP sonar designed for CPT-S transducers. CPT-S transducers connect to the 25-pin transducer port using adapter cable A80490 (sold separately). If you want RealVision MAX 3D sonar, choose an Axiom 2 Pro RVM variant instead.
Does the Axiom 2 Pro need a separate GPS antenna?
No. It has a built-in GNSS receiver supporting GPS, GLONASS, Beidou and Galileo. For below-decks installations or restricted sky view, an external antenna such as the GA150 or GA200 can be connected via the TNC connector.
Can I connect NMEA 0183 instruments?
Not directly. NMEA 0183 devices connect through an NMEA 2000 to NMEA 0183 converter, such as the Actisense NGW-1 (A80721), available separately.
Is the Axiom 2 Pro waterproof?
Yes, it is rated IPx6 and IPx7 and is suitable for installation above or below decks.
Does it run on 12 V or 24 V systems?
Both. The operating voltage range is 8 to 32 V dc. A 15 A inline fuse or 15 A thermal breaker is required in the power supply.
Can the Axiom 2 Pro be networked with older Raymarine displays?
It networks with other Raymarine MFDs running LightHouse 3 or LightHouse 4 over RayNet. It is not compatible with legacy eS and gS Series displays, and the LightHouse 4 operating system cannot be downgraded.
Can I add cameras or show the display on a bigger screen?
Yes. The micro-HDMI (type D) output connects an external monitor, and IP cameras such as the CAM300 connect over the RayNet network.
