Description
The Raymarine rudder angle transducer, also known as a rudder reference sensor, measures the position of the rudder and feeds that angle back to a Raymarine autopilot. Accurate rudder feedback lets the autopilot course computer steer precisely, apply rudder limits and hold a heading efficiently. It mounts near the rudder stock with a linkage arm to the tiller or quadrant and connects to the autopilot actuator control unit or course computer.
