Description

The Airmar B175M is a 1 kW Medium CHIRP through-hull transducer that sweeps the 85 to 135 kHz band to balance coverage beneath the boat with extended depth range and clean target separation in mid to deep water. A single broadband Tilted Element ceramic produces sharp, detailed returns from shallow water down to around 457 m.

This is the 20-degree version: the element is fixed at a 20-degree angle so that, with the low-profile bronze housing fitted almost flush, the beam is aimed straight down on hulls with 16 to 24 degrees of deadrise. It suits stepped, planing and displacement hulls, with depth and water-temperature sensing built in and a blue 7-pin Navico connector for compatible Lowrance, Simrad and B&G displays.
