What charts does the Zeus S-12 Ultrawide support?
The Zeus S range is compatible with C-MAP DISCOVER X and REVEAL X cartography as well as Navionics charts. Detailed charts can be loaded from a microSD card, and the unit supports cards up to 256 GB in FAT32, ExFAT or NTFS format.
Can I connect a HALO radar to the Zeus S-12 Ultrawide?
Yes. The Zeus S-12 Ultrawide integrates fully with B&G HALO radars via its Ethernet (radar) port, along with B&G Sailing Processors, autopilots, Triton 2 and Nemesis instruments and wind sensors.
Does the Zeus S-12 Ultrawide support sonar and a transducer?
Yes. There is a dedicated 9-pin echosounder port supporting CHIRP Sonar, DownScan, SideScan and Active Imaging. A 7-pin transducer can be connected using a 7-pin to 9-pin adapter cable.
How does the Zeus S-12 Ultrawide network with other displays and devices?
The unit offers Wi-Fi, a single Ethernet (5-pin) port and one NMEA 2000 (Micro-C) port, so it can share data and synchronise user data such as waypoints and routes across a connected B&G system.
What is the difference between the Zeus S Ultrawide and the Zeus SR?
The Zeus S Ultrawide uses a wider 1920 x 720 ultrawide screen for an immersive single-display layout, while the Zeus SR is a more powerful range with an 8-core processor, Gigabit Ethernet, video input and support for up to four IP cameras. Both run the same award-winning B&G sailing features and C-MAP X charts.
